Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MADISON. We take pride in our products and repeatedly provide high-quality clothing to our customers. We have a limited and curated collection, therefore exchanges and returns are not possible. Only in the below mentioned cases will an exchange/return be processed:

RETURNS

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at contact@madisononpeddar.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include pictures and a detailed description of the damaged product. Once approved by our customer service representative, we will arrange a free return and exchange for the same.

EXCHANGES

  •  Size Issues: In case of a genuine size issue we will try our best to accommodate an exchange. We will review it on a per case basis. Please note we can only do a size exchange. 

    You will need to request a size exchange within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the box and the tags are intact and the product is not worn. STYLE EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

  •  Damaged/Defected Products: For damaged/defected products, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please initiate this process within 24 HOURS of receiving your order.
