Exchange and Return Policy


All sales at Madison are final.

Thank you for shopping with Madison. We take pride in our products and strive to provide high-quality items to all our customers. We have a limited and curated collection, which means cancelling, exchanging and returning is not possible. Please carefully review our return policy for any questions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility: 

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at contact@madisononpeddar.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include photos and a description of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange a free return and exchange for the same item.

Exchanges:

  •  In case of a genuine size issue we will try to accommodate an exchange where possible. Please note for a size exchange we cannot do a style exchange. 

    Please request a size exchange within 3 days post receiving your order. We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the box and the tags are intact and the product is not worn.

  •  Damaged Item- For damaged items approved for return, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please initiate this process within 2 days of receiving the product.
